Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy & Appointment Confirmation:
All appointments are reserved exclusively upon completion of required intake forms and agreement to clinic policies. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee appointment confirmation.
To ensure a safe, personalized, and effective treatment experience, all clients are required to complete intake forms and consent documentation prior to their scheduled appointment time. Failure to complete these requirements may result in cancellation of the appointment without notice.
Arrival without completed intake forms does not guarantee service availability.

Cancellation + No-Show Policy:
A card on file is required to book. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 25%. By booking, you agree to these terms. One-time grace may be offered for emergencies at provider discretion.

Late Arrival Policy:
Appointments have a strict grace period of 10–15 minutes. Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with full service charges applied. This ensures respect for all scheduled clients.

Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin/scalp concerns, and medications prior to treatment. The service provider reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if contraindications are present.
